It's basically a simple carbohydrate syrup infused with a non-noxious
flavor. It's readily available and inexpensive.

My mother used to try to make us drink Emetrol, purchased in tiny bottle
from the pharmacy. It was awful stuff. I've never understood why, if
you're trying to keep somebody from puking, you would flavor your
product with a combination of mint and lime. I'll never be able to
drink a mojito.
