It's a "reality show", but at least there's more point to it than being
stranded on a friggin desert island eating bugs.

He doesn't treat his restaurant staff that way. These people are competing
so of course he's yelling at them. Look at the contestants. They're all
*so* cocky. They have no idea what it takes to run a restaurant. Like him
or not, Ramsay knows what it takes. He's successful. He manages 5 (I
think) restaurants, has a wife and children and still finds time to do this
TV stuff. Self-promoting? Of course. He's laughing all the way to the
bank. But I've tried a number of his recipes and he definitely knows how to
cook.
