OK, it turns out the actual NYC health inspection results are available
online, and there were indeed 17 points assessed against Gordon Ramsay at
the London. The areas of violation somewhat were as stated in the tabloid:

1.) Food item spoiled, adulterated, contaminated or cross-contaminated.

2.) Cold food held above 41°F (smoked fish above 38°F) except during
necessary preparation.

Those are the only FACTS available. The lurid posting about how people would
have been POISONED and other sensational bullshit is exactly that, bullshit.
There were not "TWENTY FOUR" violations; there were TWO violations which
totaled 17 points. The writer doesn't seem to be able to understand the
difference between violations and points. And the 17 points is an
IMPROVEMENT on the previous year's (still passing) score of 20, not the
"four more than on a previous inspectors' visit" stated in the story.
Finally, the tidbit about mildew in the ice machine appears to be a complete
fabrication.
