That might be my breakfast tomorrow as I am planning on a pasta tonight,
and have some pork (butt sliced in 2 inch square sections pretending to
be "country style ribs") as the meat I'll shred for the meat add to a
red sauce.
But the egg add sounds pretty good. I will often make a hash or even
just a "Potatoes O'brian" add a couple of eggs after the the potatoes
are done, cover and let sit for a few minutes... Nice to "slide onto a
plate, than slice the hot lovely yolks over the taters :-)
Your idea with the spaghetti, is inspiring me :-)
