Default Beat THIS breakfast!?!


Blender smoothie with:
skim milk
plain fat free yogurt
lots of papaya
half a banana
and a bit of chocolate soy powder. It's the end of the Revival Soy I
got horsed into buying.


last cranberry-walnut muffin. Need to make more - I'm on a mission to
use all the food in my freezer and start making lots of huge ice
cubes.
Think hurricane season.
