Actually, I totally understand that. <g> Flavor is everything when it
comes to sauces.
It's why I drop by Olive Garden from time to time and purchase a bottle
of their caesar dressing. That stuff is the gods, and the bottles they
sell it in are pretty. That amount also lasts me a few months so it's
worth the price.
For pre-made red sauce tho' my favorite is a Grocery store item from the
cold deli section. Buitoni brand Marinara sauce. It's VERY good and I
highly recommend it for either pasta or pizza sauce.
