I use it all the time. The one I use is called "Canadian Steak Seasoning"
by Tones. I sprinkle it on lightly. It does contain a lot of salt. If
you do both sides of the meat, use a lighter touch yet. But it is an
absolutely delicious seasoning, and I wouldn't do a steak without it.
