If I hadn't read the article I probably would never tried it. Heh.
Some stuff you just have to try for yourself. It was a very good
fish, though. I'll probably eat the other piece (now frozen) next
weekend provided I don't start "leakage". I still have 11 hours
left in the danger zone.

Maybe this time the reaction was just a fluke. If it happens again,
I'll put my endorsement on this Wiki article.
