Default Low carbing and rice papers

There seems to be a debate on the nutritional value, so I did some
googling. I also weighed one at work and it weighed out to 5.2 grams in
actual weight. According to the package (and it's been pointed out to me
that imported items seldom have accurate nutritional information which
is something I already knew) it has around 5.1 grams of carbs.

This site shows one at slightly over 7 grams:

wrapper>

Or:

Odd, someone last week said that it was 35 grams per wrapper. No way as
they don't even weigh anywhere near that. <g>

Doing a bit more searching, there seems to be some variation and there
is no question that lettuce wraps are better, but since I try to stay
below 20 grams net carbs per day, having a couple of these from time to
time (not daily) should not be so bad, and better than a pita or low
carb tortilla wrap? Plus they are just plain fun...

They make a great BLT with a little mustard. ;-d
Limit the tomato of course!
