It can be, but these things are awfully thin. The packages I get are 35
wrappers each, 340 grams (labeled) per package, so that would work out
to just under 10 grams each.
The math does not work no matter how it's worked. <g>
The main point is, they do need to be limited if one is low carbing, but
they are better than two slices of bread...
