High GI carbs are worse. Potatoes have been shown clinically to be
worse, calorie for calorie, than cane sugar.

Or make a nice, full fat cheesecake, with no flour involved. That
Splenda/Sugar combo is something to look into. I'm sure they have

That one looks nice except I can't understand why anyone would ever
use fat free cream cheese. Also, I'd add some vanilla extract.
