Anyone ever heard of seasoning stainless steel?

Seasoning a stainless steel pan should not be necessary as it is non-
reactive.

Seasoning (cast iron or stainless steel) hasn't a whit to do with
reactivity, has only to do with food sticking. Stainless steel
cookware should definitely be properly seasoned... has nothing
whatsoever in common with how cast iron cookware is seasoned.

Don't you just love the "whit" who posts that you can do something, but gives not a single clue as to how to do it.

What say ye, Shel, are you going to enlighten us poor culinary souls, with your stainless pan seasoning secrets, or are you just going to sit there on your high pan??
