Actually, we like our burgers on the lean side, but we don't like the
flavor of the meat that the store uses for grinding the lean ground
beef. It's usually round or sirloin and neither have much flavor when
ground. We prefer brisket or chuck. I remove exe4ctly as much fat as I
want and we have lean, but flavorful, ground meat.
