And that's a good thing. Here in Italy that became law after the mad cow
scandal, all meat sold in shops has to be labeled with the country of birth,
the country of breeding (can be more than one and usually is coutry of birth
+ country of slaughtering) and country of slaughtering. I don't know what's
been decided about restaurants and fast-foods, altouhgh.
