Cathy, did you ever get a reply from usenet-news? I don't recall
hearing of it and I've not seen you on chat forever.

I just sent them a too-the-point note asking whether they are going to
do anything about their non-quality service or just pay it lip
service. I first addressed them on the issues we've discusse here on
rfc as far back as a year ago and the problems have only increased.
Quite frankly, I'm looking for a new provider. I can get service this
poor at no cost whatsoever.
