directrly from the processor.
( apparenbtly chub packaging extends the shelf life )
It has no taste, no smell.... might as well be kangaroo.
You can still buy local ground chuck...at more than double the price.
Personally, I still think it's a government conspiracy
to move people away from beef, and into
more pork and chicken.
Who can afford beef any more ??
