Winter squashes are in the store right now for a good price.
I've been tossing around the idea of making one or two into a main meal
and this is an interesting idea. And it'd get me off my butt to start
experimenting with baking rice breads.

I've been discussing it with my sister as she does a LOT more baking
than I do. I may give her one of the two bags of rice flour I bought a
couple of days ago and turn her loose with it.
