If the darling hell spawn die because their ignorant parents don't get
them vaccinated it's the fault of those ignorant (ex)parents. If H1N1 or
some other malady spreads rapidly with this unvaccinated population as
carriers, it is also the fault of those ignorant parents.

There haven't been any significant disease outbreaks in the US or the
"western world" in many decades *because* of vaccinations, as a result,
the parents of today are almost totally ignorant of how things used to
be before those vaccines were available. As a result of this ignorance,
these parents are exposing their children to a very high risk of
becoming seriously ill with possible lifelong harm, over the disproven
claims of conspiracy theorist fear mongers, and are also putting the
population at large at increased risk.
