Some really dumb(?) questions
What does 'remove from heat' mean?
Turn off the heat or turn it off and put the pan on another <unused> burner?
Does it matter if the heat is gas or electric?
What does 'stir frequently' mean?
Every 2 minutes or 30 seconds?
What does 'stir occasionally' mean?
Every 5 minutes or when you have to pass the kitchen on your way to another
room?
Just curious.
