Just poking about. Larder quite low on fresh veggies so we are down to head
cabbage, shallots, onions, and a daikon. I may have 1-2 russet potatoes.
If I had more veggies, I might do a chicken soup.
The first thing that popped into my mind was tetrazzini. Try to google tetrazzini and find an authentic recipe. True tetrazzini involves simmering the entire chicken and some vegetables in water just to cover, essentially making your own chicken broth, which you strain and use to make the tetrazzini. Shred the chicken meat and incorporate.
