Seeing those old recipes was a treat, I am not sure I will make any of
them, but they were nice to read. It gives us a glimpse into someones
life, someone who is no longer with us. That alone is special during
the holiday season. Although I have lost my dad, my mom is still with
us. I must hurt going through the holidays after the loss of both
parents, and not so long ago.
