Hi, Peter..... I am losing another daughter and Granddaughter to your 'Hot,
Sticky' city in 2 weeks :-((.......

How's that heat at the present time, Mate?..... I will be up there, sweating
it out in mid January, after my oldest daughter moved in on her 6.7 acre
property in Brookfield.... Are you familiar with Brookfield?
