Throw a party! My wife does this. At church camp in the summer, she is
usually the baker. Each week she needs to crank out 200 cookies for
Wednesday lunch, which is brown bag. It's a two week camp, so it's only
twice. Still, she doesn't like forming 200 cookies. So she has a party
for the teens. She got a dozen last summer. She has a commercial mixer
and two commercial ovens, so that isn't hard. She calls it a
"workshop", and it's Tuesday afternoon. I've dropped in, and the kids
are having a great time.
She makes about five dozen each peanut butter and oatmeal, and the rest
chocolate chip. There are 130 campers, but some don't eat cookies. The
kids love the chocolate chip cookies, so those go first.
