I chopped it finely and added it to our Christmas breakfast potato
pancakes (mashed potato, egg, flour, ham; fry in oil). It was really
good. Otherwise, it was mostly ham sandwiches or just leftover ham and
potatoes just the way we ate them on Christmas Eve.
