I love driving through Yuma and the Imperial Valley (They also have
Dillards ;-) during harvest time.

The air is filled with the scent of what is being harvested. Oh my
gosh, the Imperial Valley when onions are being harvested is a delight
to the senses.

Cabbage in the field. Just look at all that cole slaw.
