Default Leftovers for Hot Lunches

When I worked I seldom took lunches, and then it was usually what you
say you're going to avoid--sandwiches or salads. I don't think what
you're planning is wrong but I do think that a steady diet of
leftovers will get old. On the occasions when it does, think picnic
food for a change. Lots of things are good cold or at room temp.
Chicken--fried, roasted, or Chinese red-cooked--avocado halves filled
with shrimp or crab, potato or pasta salad, etc. ad infinitum. Here's
