I was in the meat section the other day, and they had some big bones, beef,
I believe, that were about 1.5 to 2" diameter outside. They were cut in
pieces about as long as they were round. I figure you would use them for
making soup stock. Is that right? Any other uses? How about for bird
suet? They were pretty cheap.
