Nice pics! Good depth of field and clarity...

I've not served scallops in awhile. Around here they treat them with
some kind of preservative that's bitter as hell and totally destroys the
taste of the shellfish. :-(

I'm told most cannot taste it, but it's bitter as Aloe to me. <sigh>

I'll only eat them fresh any more, when I can afford them.
