Thank you ma'am......... seems I lucked it with the shots this time ;-)

I made waaaaaaaaaaaaay too much (as per usual) and the whole dish would
have fed 8 people, rather than the three that we had.

I don't mind 'next day' prawns and scallops, but the SO will not touch
any, and I didn't want to be eating it for the next 3-4 days, so the pooch
had a nice feed of creamy garlic prawns and scallops with egg pasta.......
slightly warmed, of course. If she's having gourmet food, she likes to
have it warmed :-)

I'll have to get my finger out and do a whole series like you do, with
step by step details.
