Sky, Brandy Milk Punch is a New Orleans coctail that has been a
favorite in the City for generations. It's usually served at brunch
or as a 'hair of the dog' morning after the party drink. Here's an
easy recipe:

Ingredients:
2 ounces brandy
1 ounce Simple Syrup
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 ounces milk ( I like half and half)
Freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish
Preparation:
Combine all the ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice and shake
vigorously. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a
light dusting of freshly grated nutmeg and serve immediately.
