aahhh, yes, the sainted piggy...you can quite literally eat everything short
of the squeal. I saw an earlier post looking for a puerto rican type soup
and all I could think of was a thread a couple of years ago called Pizzle
soup, a Uraguaian recipe calling for the male organ of the piggy.
