I have an 11 qt Cuisinart and I use it easily 2-3 times a week. I even
make peanut butter in it. I think I paid about 160.00 for it at a refurb
store. I use it so much I have replaced the bowl after the old once got so
cloudy from being cleaned I couldn't see though it anymore. Just be sure to
get a good warranty. You don;t need to spend anywhere near 800 bucks for a
really good FP. The FP is my must have kitchen item.
