Thermometer
With Christmas coming up I would like to increase my useful kitchen
gadgetry. I do not own a meat thermometer and I am always impressed
with the one that Alton Brown uses. It has an alarm that will tell
you when a specified temperature has been reached. I believe he calls
it a probe thermometer. I would like to ask Mrs. Claus for one. What
brand would recommend?
