Default Pearl tapioca

After you take your juicy tapioca thickened fruit pie out of the oven,
lower the heat to 250 and make my Aunt Iris' beef pot roast. Put a 1 1/2
to 3 1/2 lb. beef roast in a roasting pan with a cover, along with
potatoes, carrots and onions. Pour a mixture of 3/4 c. water and 4 Tbs.
minute tapioca over all (a little less for small roast), cover and cook
for 5 hours at 250 deg. DON'T PEAK! Very, very good. The tapioca makes a
lovely gravy. jh
