Some people call them dragon turds, but around here they are more
commonly known as Armadillo eggs. Bacon wrapped jalapenos stuffed with
cheese and sausage, then grilled.

I ended up not participating in the boozealong as I spent most of the
day yesterday BBQ'ing chicken, sausage, sweetbreads and rumaki for the
week. I have to get up to go to work for a 12 hour shift at 4pm today
so need to go to bed shortly. It was just not in the stars. :-(
