I just bought some "Garlic Snax" yesterday at the grocery store. Freeze
dried fried garlic cloves, lightly salted. Crunchy like potato chips.
They are delicious! A delightful way to eat more garlic for health
reasons. <g>
I just have to make sure I don't eat too many, or eat any before a job
interview...

I'll try the Carrot or Okra chips next. This is getting to be a trend.
Other veggies treated like potato chips for a lower carb, healthier
snack.
