You wish you had that pan... everyone wishes they had that pan... I
wish I had bought the entire set, all three sizes. That's a 30 year
old Farberware stainless steel pan coated with Excalibur non stick (a
dark navy blue coating - no longer used by Farberware). It's
difficult to find Excalibur coated cookware, I suppose because it
lasts so long:

What pervanus sees is the stainless steel where the coating wore
