It is nice to know I am not the only one who likes mustard on their

Buttermilk Pancakes
Dry ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon fine salt
Wet ingredients:
2 cups buttermilk
4 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 beaten eggs
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl, whisk together. Combine wet
ingredients in a second bowl, whisk, then add the dry ingredients and
whisk until just combined. Let sit for 10 minutes before you begin cooking.
Note: My mother used to say that husbands were like pancakes, you
always throw the first one out. If you let the batter sit for a few
minutes, your first pancake will turn out just fine.
