In theory But not in practice. The snow creates dips and stretches the
roof material around the plastic tube rafters and builds up snow, and
water for that matter. A good snow storm with heavy wet snow would stick
right in those depressions and it would be as the other poster
suggested, a disaster. I work a lot outside in the North East here and I
have a couple of types of outdoor structures. They do not do well in
snow and are also vulnerable to heavy thunderstorms/wind...
