Get what you like. If it has the features that you want at the price you
can afford, it's right for you. I got a Whirlpool last year. It's 24 cubic
feet, has a water dispenser and ice maker, plenty of deep shelves and it is
super energy efficient. I don't think there is a huge quality difference
between the major brands. Mine is a side by side. I like that over the big
deep freezer compartment underneath.
