In the Boston area, boneless chuck is never less than 2.99 per
pound. There is one grocery store (Market Basket) which sells it for
1.99 per pound almost consistently but it is out of the way for me.
We'll go there once a month maybe when we hit up the NH State store
for cheap booze.

I have never seen short ribs less than 4.99 per pound.

I have never seen the tri-tip cut in Boston. Perhaps it has a
different name here.
