In Cuba arroz con pollo can be either somewhat dry or fairly soupy
depending on your tradition and preference. Some families always do
it one way, others like it both ways. They even have a name for the
soupy kind, "asopao." One Cuban cookbook recipe gives a ratio of six
cups liquid to two cups rice. -aem
