That wouldn't work for me. I don't touch rice after the water
evaporates, it doesn't dry out enough for me if I do. Haven't you
noticed that it needs those air vents in it to dry properly? That's
one reason why converted rice works better for me when I make things
like jambalaya... because I've got too much stuff in it and I'm moving
it around too much for it to behave properly for me.
