It was soooooooooooo delicious and easy!!! I've always loved 'Spanish
Rice', even the old one in Better Homes and Gardens, This is going to be
a once a month dish for me. But, I'm going to start incorporating brown
rice into it, next time split the rice 1/3 brown and 2/3 white.
