I'm inherently lazy so I'll try just leaving it alone next time, I was
following the recipe which said stir up a tiny bit after water is gone
trying to be a good little cook. I do know that a lot of Puerto Ricans
traditionally mound up after most of water is gone but then Wife says
that it can be done both ways.
