The human body is designed to accommodate and conquer a lot. Modern
day health department rules were written because
of lawsuits more than actual safety.

Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with following health
department guidlines. You are safer if you do. Just don't get
paranoid about it. If you are a healthy human being you'd be
surprised what your body can handle.

But then agan, everyone is different ....what would not even phase one
might make another quite sick. You just have to
find out for yourself.
