Many places nowadays have open kitchens, where you can WATCH your food being
prepared.

None of the places would let PUSSY inside, of course, but patrons with a
modicum of class can easily find a restaurant like that. My favorite local
restaurant has an open kitchen (http://www.hawksrestaurant.com).
