I'm with Barb on this one, Sky. Did some googling and Emeril's recipe
for Country Captain calls for 'curry powder'. It's also supposed to be
a 'classic Southern dish'.

Both recipes look pretty good - and even if it's not the 'chicken curry'
recipe you were expecting in the mag, think it might be worth trying
anyhoo. Just my two cents.
