There was a chilli dog place in Chicago metro north. Went there. It
sucked. There was a gyros place in Chicago metro south. Went there.
There was a for sale sign at the front door. The quality of the food
was low enough it definitely needed a new owner.

On the other hand also in Chicago metro we tried Tre Kroner and Honkey
Tonk BBQ. They ruled. I could write poems about the beef ribs at
Honkey Tonk BBQ they were so good.

A beef rib, it's prime rib, best wear a bib.
Mustard sauce, smokey sauce, tooth pick and floss.
Smell the smoke, let it soak, you won't go broke.

As poetry goes it's not prize winning, but when have I ever written a
poem about food before? ;^)

We go to Springfield, IL annually for the state Freemason convention.
Thanks for the pointers, will look up Charlie Parkers.

When it comes to the looks of the chefs in this thread I'm biased. Anne
Burell doesn't look like a 20 year younger version of my wife. Nope.
Wrong hair style. ;^) Just sayin ...
