I have no clue if Charlie Parker's is or isn't a franchise. Their
website -
http://www.charlieparkersdiner.net/ - doesn't seem to give
that appearance. The menu is interesting. What I thought was a
haystack is called a "breakfast shoe." Oh, Oh!! One thing I noticed
from their website - the restaurant is open daily only until 2pm!!
